All activities start and end at Touvelle State Park: 8601 Table Rock Rd. Central Point, Oregon 97502. There will be no directional signage once inside State Park. Instead, look for the big gravel parking lot to the left as soon as you enter the Park. Park and walk down to river’s edge where our boat loading ramps are. Staff will arrive and start check in process 20 mins before departure. We load boat next to the bridge. Any auto entering the State Park is required to get a $5 self-pay parking pass by cash or check. This is paid to the State Park at the self -pay ticket booth at the entrance to Touvelle, and not to Rogue Jet Boat Adventure’s staff.
Arrive 20 minutes early for check in. If you arrive late, you forfeit your ticket. Reserving the front row is not available but we do take special requests at check in. The captain has the final say of where your group sits for even weight distribution and keeping all safe. The back rows are reserved for families with kids, the elderly, or those that are pregnant. Loading the boat requires either making wide steps over the rows of seats or sitting down on a row and swinging legs over rows. The State Park has plenty of easy motorhome and RV parking next to where we load our boats. As with any public place please secure valuables. There are Porta Potties available within the State Park and of course at the Discovery Park.
Infants are not recommended because light to heavy water is to be expected on your boat at any time and this activity includes spins. If you decide to bring your infant, please wear them in a baby carrier. All ages require a ticket please. Ages 12 years and younger are required to wear a lifejacket by law, and by law we must supply a certain kind. Please do not bring your own. Thanks!
Animals are NOT allowed on the boat. We work with the amazing Krazy Kritters Pet Sitting company just a few minutes down the road. You can arrange to have them come play with your dog at the State Park while you are on your adventure. https://www.krazykritterdogwalking.com/ 541-678-0570. Prices are between $25 and $50 depending on service, for two dogs.
If you’d like to bring your own picnic items, coolers need to be small (to be put at your feet like in an airplane)), or keep it simple and purchase from us. Do not bring your own alcohol.
Ticket purchase requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged to card on file 1 day before trip, OR paid with separate cards over the phone. Any remaining balance on your trip is charged to original card on file 1 day before your tour time. Cancellations or changes to reservations are accepted up until 24 hours before the trip, with the non-refundable deposit carried forward to a future booking or emailed to you as a store credit. Last minute No-shows and day of cancellations are charged in full.
This is by far the BEST jet boat experience that we’ve ever been on. For years we went on jet boats from a Grants Pass business, not knowing about Rogue Jet Boat Adventures in Central Point. We’ll never go anywhere else! The trips are beautiful, fun, exciting, informative and YES! You get wet!! Really well run, organized local family business that has awesome staff. Special shout out to Nick, our most recent captain. Can’t wait for our next adventure, the Concert at the Rocks. Not only do they have the most awesome jet boat rides, there is a private island ( really chill) and live music concerts. It doesn’t get any better than this. so much fun!
