Glamping Lakeside at Discovery Park

DESCRIPTION

Relax and find adventure by Glamping at our one-of-a-kind Rogue Discovery Park. Situated on 53 acres, your Glamping Tent is straddled by our 40-acre lake and the Rogue River, all nestled beneath the iconic lower Table Rock cliffs. Whether you need a staycation or just passing through, Discover your Rogue at this truly unique Glamping getaway.

For the 2026 Season May 8th – Aug 31st, we have two Bell Tents which can accomodate up to 6 people.  Additional guests can be added at $25 per person during the booking process and they must bring all their own gear. Pack lite! If you have separately purchased the option to arrive by our boats we can help transport some of your items by our vehicle but room is still limited.

Arrival to the Glamping sites is by boat only. No cars are allowed to drive into our glamping sites for any reason. If not arriving by your own boat/raft then each person must purchase separately a Discovery Park Experience, Happier Hour, or Concert at the Rocks ticket for roundtrip jet boat transport of your group and items. If wanting to arrive by a 3 hr Discovery Tour, you must choose the 4:15 departure to receive the full tour. Return times back to Touvelle included in a jet boat ticket purchase the morning of check out are chosen at 9:30, 10:45, or 1:30. *Please explore our website to discover your choices.

If arriving by own boat, we are located around 30-45 min float below Touvelle State Park boat ramp. The nearest boat ramp for floating down river after check out is Fishers Ferry Boat Ramp which is after a Class 2 rapid. Must take out there unless outfitted and prepared for the class 5 rapids downstream at Gold Hill Ti’lomikh Falls. Our preferred car shuttle service is Rapid Shuttles at 541-664-8200.

It is recommended you arrange for drop off at boat loading location- Touvelle State Park 8601 Table Rock Rd. Central Point, OR 97502. Parking overnight at Touvelle State Park is not encouraged as it is a Day Use Park. Some have chosen to park at the Medford Airport overnight ( 10 mins away) and get an Uber to/from our boat loading location.

We realize our accommodations may not be a good fit for everyone. Our unique location setup and offsite parking requirements add a level of complexity- but for some, that is just the adventure they are seeking!

This was a fantastic adventure, filled with thrills as the very skilled pilot wove his way over the rapids, through very narrow channels, and super fun spins. If you sit in the front you may even get a few extra splashes to cool you off!
